We are currently recruiting permanent Customer Service Representative to cover a Spanish helpline for an established client based in Newport.
The vacancy is a full time, permanent position with a starting salary of £24,000.
The candidate will be based in Newport. The work hours would be 8-4 or 9-5 on a rota basis, Monday to Thursday and 8 to 4 on the Fridays.
The role would really suit a keen problem solver, with attention to detail and could prioritise workload tasks.
Duties
* covering multiple language helplines
* processing orders
* arranging deliveries
* invoicing
* providing technical support.
Experience and Competence
Essential
* native Spanish speaker, as Spanish fluency, both written and verbal is essential.
* The role will also be covering some UK calls so fluent in English is also needed.
* It would be a big advantage if you could also speak French, but this is not essential.
