Due to rapid expansion in our Supported Living service, we are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our Lisburn Team

About The Role
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable staff to work in our Supported Living services in Lisburn. We are particularly interested in staff who prefer to work shifts which could include night shifts or sleep-in shifts.
Full time hours are available, from 35 to 48 hours, including evenings and weekends. Night shifts are also available.

Advanced Care Services provides bespoke care tailored to meet the needs of its service users. The organization offers three main types of services:
Domiciliary Care: Care assistants provide personalized support to clients in their own homes, enabling them to live independently while maintaining daily routines. This care includes assistance with household tasks, meal preparation, medication management, personal care, errands, and transport. It also offers respite for family and friends.
Supported Living: The organization supports individuals in supported living environments, focusing on promoting independence while offering guidance and support. Services include help with household tasks, grocery shopping and meal preparation, medication prompts, errands, transport, and companionship.
Companionship: This service can be provided in clients' homes or other settings and involves care assistants offering company and emotional support. It helps reduce loneliness, provides respite for families, and leads to better long-term outcomes and overall wellbeing. Services include extended home visits, involvement in hobbies, transport for day trips and appointments, and accompanying clients to various activities.
Desired Criteria
* MAPA training or willingness to complete MAPA training
* NISCC (preferred)
Required Criteria
* At least one year’s experience as a Support Worker
* Drivers Licence (highly preferred)
* Right to live and work in the UK
