About the role- Paid Media Manager
Reporting into our eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the paid media team drive high quality traffic to brands’ eCommerce websites, hit targets and are providing an excellent service to brands. There is the opportunity to grow and develop within the business in this role.
The main responsibilities for our Paid Media Manager role include but are not limited to:
* Managing paid media marketing for brands, deliver on revenue and ROAS targets
* Managing all areas of paid media (brand specific) – Product Feed Optimisation, display, retargeting, audience/asset creation and optimisation etc
* Creating and testing ad copy/messaging on all platforms ensuring brand tone is maintained across various sites/languages
* Responsible for creation & execution of paid media campaigns in line with each brand’s trade plan
* Ensuring brand is maintained and protected within the scope to the relevant advertising platforms
* Reviewing, analysing and reporting on traffic growth and performance
* Proposing, planning and delivering strategies for brand growth
* Facilitating strategy tests, tailored to each brand to adjust for ROAS growth and revenue goals
* Ensuring all campaigns are maintained at best practice levels and optimised in line with the campaign goals
* Delivering full funnel omni-channel strategies with the ability to execute
* Forecasting uplift scenarios for different spend and ROAS targets, building a plan to deliver those
* Providing training and support to team members on handling of escalated or complex queries and mentoring where needed
* Supporting the team with their duties during peak trading periods
* Making regular reports to upper management about department milestones and progress
* Holding regular meetings with team to discuss expectations and hear concerns, as well as provide essential updates from across the business
* Responsible for team recruitment and retention, as well as accurate and regular reports regarding staff changes
* First point of contact for staff issues through assessment and subsequent corrective action protocol, with support from the head of the department and the HR team
What we offer:
* A starting salary of £40,000-£45,000
* 37.5 hour working week, Monday-Friday
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

The ideal Paid Media Manager will have previous experience of running eCommerce accounts on both Google and Meta ads, good working knowledge of feed management tools as well as reporting to clients or senior management on performance. Experience working in with account management (in an agency environment) and managing a small team would be highly desirable. Being passionate about our Company values and the brands that we work with is a must!
