Who Will I Be Supporting? You'll be working at a welcoming respite support service with six rooms, providing care for individuals who stay for varying durations-from weekends to several months. We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs, fostering close relationships with their families to provide holistic care. Empowering Independence: Support people to live their lives how they choose and achieve their goals. Daily Living Support: Provide varying levels of personal care, meal preparation, medication, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Providing Care: Support individuals with health needs such as stoma care, PEG feeding, epilepsy, and more. Flexible Shift Patterns Day Shifts: 7:00am - 2:30pm Day Sleep-Ins Shifts: 2:30pm - 7am the following day (Includes £50 sleep-in shift) Sleep-In Shifts: 10pm - 7am (Paid To Sleep) Waking Night Shifts : 10pm - 7am Weekend Availability is Highly Valued: You get to choose the shifts that suit you however we're especially seeking candidates with availability to cover weekend shifts.
