Our client, a rapidly expanding B2B lead generation agency, is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to support their operations team. This role involves assisting with client email marketing campaign setups, alongside other administrative tasks essential to ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the operations team with administrative tasks related to client campaigns.
* Assisting in setting up and managing email marketing campaigns.
* Managing data processes and ensuring smooth workflow operations.
* Liaising with clients and suppliers via email and phone.
* Ensuring accurate record-keeping and data management.
About You:
* At least two years of administrative experience.
* Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general IT systems.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
