Based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, we are looking for an IT Desktop Support Analyst. This role will involve providing 1st and 2nd line support, across the business. Role Responsibilities Work to ITIL v4 framework. Log all relevant service requests. Provide 1st / 2nd line investigation and diagnosis. Resolve issues with 1st time fixes wherever possible. Escalate service requests where required. Support service deployment activities. Be available for on-call support, where required. About You The following relevant skills, knowledge and experience are required. An IT related degree or other relevant IT qualifications is desirable, but not essential. Excellent IT software skills: Microsoft Windows Operating Systems version 10 & 11. Knowledge of supporting Microsoft Office 2016 and above. Wide range of Hardware skills: PC’s, Laptops, Smart Phones and tablets. Experience of working in an IT service desk environment. Strong communication skills. Cyber Security Awareness. ITIL Framework. Flexibility for out of hours / on-call and weekend work, when required Days/Hours of Work 37.5 hrs per week, Mon - Fri between 6.30am - 4.00pm out of hours on-call.
