* Design and balance meta-game systems and in-game economy from scratch, including battle pass, daily quests, missions, loyalty programs, marathons, and hero progression.
* Work on traditional shooter game modes like Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Team vs. Team, and related mechanics.
* Collaborate closely with developers to integrate game design solutions into gameplay.
* Analyze industry best practices in meta-gameplay and economy, and apply them effectively.
* Conduct playtests and analyze feedback to enhance game mechanics.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
* 3+ years of experience as a game designer at a middle or senior level.
* Experience in creating and balancing meta-gameplay and in-game economy for shooters.
* Proven track record of designing and balancing progression and reward systems.
* Deep understanding of meta-game mechanics and principles of game economy design.
* Knowledge of traditional and current FPS game modes.
* Strong teamwork, communication, and proactivity skills.
