I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join my client's team, on a full time, permanent basis.
This role specialises in insurance and is held within a call centre environment.
Day to day life as a Customer Service Advisor:
1. To answer all inbound calls, acting as a first point of contact for customers.
2. Action all policy requests and changes as instructed by the customer.
3. To issue all policy documents correctly via email or post.
4. Resolving any customer complaints / dissatisfaction in an efficient manner.
Requirements to work as a Customer Service Advisor:
1. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Strong customer service skills.
3. Previous experience within a call centre environment is ideal however, not essential.
4. Excellent time management skills.
Additional information for the Customer Service Advisor role:
1. Free Parking.
2. Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00
3. £23,000 Annual salary.
4. 23 days annual leave.
