Salary – £34,528 - £43,160 Depending On Experience
Location – Hanningfield, Chelmsford with some travel across our Suffolk and Durham operating areas
Please note first stage interviews will be via teams on 1 April. If successful, second stage interviews will be held on 15 April.

About The Role
We’ve a great opportunity to be part of our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our business in delivering on our business plans for now and the future. You’ll have a real passion for enabling our hiring managers across the business to discover the right talent to support them with their needs and future strategy, in a regulatory and compliance-led business.
You will own all recruitment and selection processes within your business areas, reviewing each stage of the recruitment cycle from adverts through to interviewing and offers, to ensure compliance with NWG’s approach. You’ll be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process, including preparing offers and contracts.
You will support internal stakeholders including Level 2/3 Leaders, Managers, and HR Business Partners/Advisors and Specialists, along with working with resourcing suppliers. You will develop and maintain a strong external network to review and research recruitment practices and provide best practice and trend-led insights within the people function.
You will become a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert, providing expertise and guidance to enable the business to make high-standard selection decisions.
You’ll be responsible for building external community networks and partnerships to support our DE&I strategy, ensuring we provide career opportunities and support to attract diversity and inclusion into our business.
About You
We are looking for you to have a real passion and energy to enable our business to recruit across various roles and requirements.
You’ll already be a recruitment expert, either in-house or with a recruitment agency, and passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience to your candidates and hiring managers.
You should have proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source talent, hold briefing calls, and provide feedback at all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
You should have the ability to build community links, develop talent pools for the present and future, and support our DE&I commitments to the communities we work within.
You should have a practical and outcome-focused mindset, with the ability to clearly prioritize activities. You’ll have proven technology skills to use evolving online platforms and channels to deliver outcomes, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports and analyze metrics.
