They specialise in providing electrical installation and maintenance services to commercial and industrial sites throughout Scotland. They have a fantastic company culture, are always looking to improve and develop and have big ambitions to continue expanding with the right team on board. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit an Administrator to join the team: The Role: Processing of purchase and sales orders. Fleet management. Sage. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and employees. Stationery Management. Using business systems, maintain records including inputting information. Maintain regular and effective communication with engineers to oversee work completion, aiming to meet client targets. Answering incoming calls. The Person: Preferred knowledge of teams and sage would be beneficial. Ability to work on own initiative. Ability to prioritise own workload to achieve business-led or specifically detailed deadlines. Team player able to work with colleagues at all levels of the business. Strong organisational skills. IT literacy Excel, Word and Outlook.
