To ensure that all clients both internal and external receive a high quality service from the Nursery and Plant Shop. All services are delivered to the highest standards as directed by the Nursery Production Manager. About You The ideal candidate will have: NVQ level 2 equivalent qualification (e.g. City and Guilds in Amenity or Horticulture),or other relevant subject preferred but not essential. Experience of working with volunteers and community groups. A valid current driver’s license enabling the post holder to drive motor vehicles including light vans cars and forklifts. Ability to take initiative and monitor work on a daily basis to meet deadlines, achieve targets and maintain high standards. Effective communication skills to motivate team colleagues and volunteers.
