My client, a leading international law firm are seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to join their Operations team.
This role can be based in either the Birmingham or Manchester office.
The Property Portfolio Manager will play a crucial role in managing the company's real estate and facilities.
Duties include
Support the selection, evaluation, and management of office spaces
Develop and maintain a diary for lease events
Contribute to real estate strategy and transaction analysis
Collaborate with senior leadership and external consultants
Manage capital projects, ensuring high standards and compliance
Support sustainability initiatives and risk management
Oversee budget management and supplier contracts
The ideal candidate for the role will possess the following:
Strong ability to balance operational delivery with strategic planning
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Proficiency in data management and attention to detail
Experience in facilities and real estate business planning
RICS qualification and a degree in Real Estate or Business Management
APM certification (desirable)
