We are recruiting for a Senior Facility Management Specialist to join our team at Omega Leeds. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on facility management best practices and ensuring that all facilities-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a temporary to permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £50-£53,000.
The working pattern is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no shifts. You will report directly to the Head of Engineering & Facilities and will be responsible for managing the team, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring that all facilities-related tasks are completed on time and within budget.
