Our client a dynamic and innovative digital agency, seeking a highly motivated CRM Specialist to join their talented team and play a pivotal role in delivering impactful campaigns and optimizing customer journeys.
About the Role
As a CRM Specialist, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end campaign management across channels such as email, SMS, and CRM automation. This includes everything from strategy development, content planning, and data segmentation to campaign deployment and analysis. Collaborating closely with the Head of Customer Experience, you’ll ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, error-free, and aligned with client goals. In this role you will also mentor and support Junior CRM and CX Executives while developing cutting-edge strategies and refining tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Dotdigital.
