What We're Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in organising or delivering activities for children or young people, ideally within an educational or recreational setting. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with students, staff, and parents/guardians. Adaptability: Ability to tailor activities to suit a range of abilities and learning styles.
