Strategy Implementation Coordinator (Maternity Cover) (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Cheltenham, UK (Hybrid working)

Role Overview:
Focused on dynamic planning and coordination to support the strategy deployment process, the Strategy Implementation Coordinator will be responsible for standardisation of tools, crafting actions plans and refining processes to ensure the design and definition of business strategy runs smoothly, efficiently and effectively.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on:
* Overseeing the key areas of the strategy deployment process, action plans and reviews
* Ensuring strategy documentation is always up to date and that meetings are effectively organised
* Assisting with the creation and maintenance of key deployment tools (e.g. transformation pipeline) and ensuring documentation and action logs are current
* Arranging and coordinating steering and strategic initiative review meetings, including documentation and SharePoint site management
* Supporting wider Business Intelligence and Insights team with tools and processes for development, improvement and maintenance
Your previous experience is likely to include:
* Working within a related role
* Participation in a globally distributed team
* Requirements gathering and translation into agreed outputs
* Confidence working with BI tools and software (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, IBM Planning Analytics)
