Box Office Supervisor
The HR Booth are delighted to be recruiting a Box Office Supervisor on behalf of Pitlochry Festival Theatre.
Salary - £29,090.00
Location - Pitlochry
Contract - Permanent, Full Time
Hours - Annualised 35 hours per week, involves weekends

Pitlochry Festival Theatre has been providing a unique cultural experience for over 70 years, appealing to national and international audiences and visitors. We are Scotland's leading producer of musical theatre. Our home is a glorious eleven-acre campus that includes the Explorers Garden. Pitlochry Festival Theatre's campus now comprises a 538 seat Main Auditorium, a 172 seat Studio theatre as well as our Amphitheatre and Bandstand located in the theatre grounds.
THE ROLE:
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us and look after the Box Office Team in the role of Box Office Supervisor.
As Box Office Supervisor, your role will include:
1. Provide a high-quality customer experience within the Box Office area.
2. Work with Box Office & Front of House Manager on the management of the Box Office Infrastructure and equipment.
3. Support with the setup of all bookable events on Spektrix.
4. Ensure all Box Office staff are fully trained in the use of Spektrix along with all other processes.
5. Support with the development of Spektrix.
6. Ensure data integrity and management of the Box Office software adhering to data protection legislation.
7. Help, maintain and implement robust Standard Operating Procedures.
8. Deal with Box Office customer enquiries and complaints as necessary.
9. Support with effective and accurate financial record keeping.
10. Develop up to date product knowledge regarding shows and events.
11. Ensure Box Office team maximise sales for all products currently on offer.
12. Comply with relevant statutory requirements in regard to Health and Safety.
KEY PERSON CRITERIA:
1. You will be passionate and hard-working to ensure a fantastic experience for our customers.
2. Educated to SCQF level 6.
3. Experience of using a Box Office booking system (or similar).
4. Experience of meeting demanding sales and performance targets in a similar environment.
5. Experience of Line Management.
6. Experience of working in a customer serving environment, dealing and resolving customer service issues.
7. Experience of dealing with and resolving conflict.
8. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in an arts or ticketing organisation.
