Engineering Manager Branch Operations Manager - Fire Alarm/ Fire Suppression
£60-£70k+ Bonus - Berkshire - Support Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression Engineers and progress your career to Senior Management level to lead team.

COMPANY + ROLE - To Support Engineers, Manage and Lead Fire Alarm/ Fire Suppression Team
Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression installation/ maintenance company working complex project sites and service Fire Systems within Data Centres and similar.
Be OK with Office work near Maidenhead with some site visits and occasional home working.
Use your years of knowledge in Fire Alarms, Fire Suppression, and Life safety to help a team of Fire engineers and customers with complex site and fire systems.
Skills may be with Business Development, Project Management, Design and management skills or be a Good Engineering Manager or Service Manager or Contract Manager with a technical background, so can help the Fire business with Contractual matters and be commercially aware and help with terms of pricing, frameworks, quotes, order acceptance etc. Happy to have good Senior Engineering person or Service Manager/ Project Manager progress or a General Manager/ Branch Manager.
Management will be of Contractors, Costings + learn/ look after the Profit/ Growth.
A great position to make an impact and work with interesting projects, contracts and to help grow a Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression and Life safety business as Manager.

REQUIREMENTS for Engineering Manager/ Branch Manager/ Operations Manager/ General Manager
* Been a General Manager in charge for a Fire Alarm Installer and Maintainer eg. Branch Manager/ Operations Manager/ General Manager, Senior Project Manager, Contract Manager or similar Managerial position with a BS 5839/ BAFE/ FIA company in UK. You may be a Service Manager or Engineering Manager seeking progress.
* Experience of Fire Alarm Systems and Some Knowledge of Fire Suppression or complex Fire Systems such as are in Data centres.
* Commutable to Berkshire/ Buckinghamshire area (plus visits to customers).
