Our client is currently looking for a part time PA / Office manager to assist with a wide range of business operations and PA /EA duties near Southampton.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a business background and excellent communication / PA skills.\n\nThe job will involve the following duties:\n\n * Providing PA support to MD, including diary management, preperation of presentations, providing admin support and documentation, such as staff letters, new starter job offers etc..\n\n * You will be first point of contact and interface for all supplier discussions, so good communication and negotiation skills are essential.\n\n * Responsible for ordering marketing, and office goods and equipment.\n\n * Meeting with IT, phone providers, marketing executives and payroll providers (alongside the MD).\n\n * Onboarding of new staff (including issuing equipment).\n\n * Involvement in running payroll.\n\n * Organising staff events.\n\n * Involved in all processes, collating and preparing data and driving of efficiencies.\n\n * Planning of staff training.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have business background and PA skills / experience are essential.\n\nHours:\n\nOur client is able to offer between 10 - 14 hours per week across 2 days\n\n11:00am - 17:00pm (Tuesday)\n\n08:30am - 13:30pm (Thursday)\n\n+ 2 hours to be agreed\n\nSalary:\n\n£16.67p/h\n\n£32,500p/a (pro rata)
