Utilising your lived experience, support the development of the training programme for the new approach to care and support planning Your Team, Your Conversation, Your Plan. Co-deliver the training programme to a wide range of professionals and system partners Talk about and utilise your lived experience of using services to bring the principles of Your Team Your Conversation Your Plan to life and encourage staff to understand the importance and relevancy of the new model Act as a visible resource to Stakeholders across the Trust and the wider system Contribute to the content and design of guidance materials and teaching aids Work with colleagues to ensure the Your Team, Your Conversation, Your Plan training team are providing effective learning environments for both internal staff and wider system partners. Using your lived experience provide suggestions for how to improve the training programme and support the training team to implement these changes Be able to make good working relationships with colleagues whether this be with the training team or with stakeholders from the wider system. Work with training colleagues to support effective learning in practice Be positive about and be a spokesperson for the new model for care and support planning
