Sought after Law Firm in Cambridgeshire seeks a skilful Legal Secretary on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic legal secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to a thriving team of Lawyers covering all areas of Law on a Float basis. Allowing them to focus their efforts on fee earning, the successful legal secretary will manage a varied workload of secretarial duties with minimal supervision.

Use of case management systems
Transcribe/prepare documents
Opening and closing files
Audio typing
Making appointments and arranging meetings
Diary management
Telephony
Reception duties
Postal duties
General administrative duties
The Candidate
Legal secretaries with at least one year’s experience
A Legal secretary background is essentials for this role
Experience in private client law is preferred
Fast and accurate typing speed of at least 65 wpm
IT literate with the ability to operate case management systems
Able to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
