Compensation: $26/hr.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
* Manage recruitment efforts for operational roles (drivers, mechanics) and some corporate positions
* Post job listings across various platforms like Indeed, Alabama Works, and social media
* Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make selection recommendations
* Track candidate progress in Excel and report recruitment stats to leadership (15-20 people)
* Organize and attend monthly job fairs
* Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and text (heavy communication required)
* Support the HR team with the transition to Workday HRIS
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
* 3 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruitment
* Experience recruiting transportation roles (drivers, mechanics)
* Knowledge of CDL Certifications or experience with unions
* Familiarity with HR policies, compliance audits, and HRIS Systems (WorkDay)
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred
