To oversee the catering and hire operation so that it is commercially successful and consistently exceeds our visitors’ expectations. You will actively participate in the service and presentation of food and beverage products. You will supervise a small team of staff. You will be part of a broader team of staff on the site delivering great service to visitors. About You The ideal candidate will have: · Practical experience of catering including production and service of high quality food and drink · Knowledge, ability & experience of current hygiene, Health & Safety & legal licensing compliance requirements · Supervisory skills including giving clear direction and providing feedback · Able to work flexible - including weekends, school holidays and evening You can find the job description for this post here At Nottingham City Council we believe that work is what you do, not where you do it.
