Job Title: Junior Recruitment Consultant
Location: Newport Pagnell (Milton Keynes)
Compensation: £24,000 + quarterly commission & annual bonus
Job Type: Full Time, Monday – Friday (08:30 to 17:30)

Role Overview
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of Manners Maclean by identifying and engaging exceptional leadership talent globally. This is an entry-level opportunity for ambitious individuals looking to build their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilise LinkedIn to research and map talent markets and identify key professionals for specific industries.
* Conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and career aspirations.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates through regular engagement.
* Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
* Maintain data accuracy in CRM/ATS platforms for streamlined workflows.
* Organise and prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
