Sales Manager required. Our client is a world-renowned business for the distribution of hydraulic filters and other industrial filters. They are now looking for a Sales Manager due to the growth of the business.
Successful candidates will have experience in a Sales position in a similar business handling the sale of hydraulic filters. Other industrial filters would be an advantage. To assist with your objectives, you will have a back office in the UK and permanent technical support from the Group's headquarters.
Sales Manager Position Overview
1. Develop the customer portfolio in various sectors of activity: specialised hydraulic distributors, original equipment manufacturers or end users.
2. Carry out prospecting actions to develop and sustain the activity.
3. Present our range of products and their quality.
4. Visit potential customers, identify their needs and develop customer relations.
5. Negotiate prices while respecting profitability levels.
6. Participate in trade fairs to promote products and our brand image.
7. Record and report on progress and visits.
Sales Manager Position Requirements
1. Experience in the field of filtration, ideally with a hydraulic filter manufacturer.
2. Excellent technical skills and understanding of the UK & Ireland markets and its specifics.
3. Willingness to travel within the UK and hold a full driving licence.
Sales Manager Position Remuneration
1. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 potentially negotiable.
2. Working Hours: 8:30 - 5pm Monday - Thursday, 8 - 4pm on Friday.
3. Holiday Package: 21 days + 8BH.
4. Company Vehicle (Hybrid), Laptop and mobile phone.
5. Discretionary Bonus.
6. Private Health Care with BUPA.
7. Training provided.
8. Pension.
