Shortlisting planned for: 18 November 2024 Interview planned for: 25 November 2024 Main duties of the job As part of this role, you will support the Pharmacy Technician Team Manager for Dispensaries to ensure the dispensary at Hollins Park Hospital meets its quality and activity targets. You will manage the workload of the dispensary and supervise staff on a day-to-day basis, organising rotas and cover for any unexpected staff absences to ensure a safe, effective, and timely service in accordance with current legislation and guidance and supported by policies and procedures. You will also hold HR management responsibilities.
