What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering calls.
- Managing emails, documents, and filing systems.
- Assisting with office administration such as ordering supplies and maintaining records.
- Supporting with meeting arrangements.
- Liaising with internal teams and external contacts as needed.
The Successful Applicant
Office Administrator - What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in administration or reception.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A friendly and professional approach to customer service.
