Amazon is seeking driven and analytical New Account Managers to join our EU Marketplace Export team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for recruiting and growing online sellers on Amazon's platforms, helping them expand their businesses to new heights.
Key job responsibilities
As a New Account Manager, you will be a key driver of new business recruitment, growth and revenue generation. Operating in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, you will have full ownership of delivering measurable business and financial objectives.
Your primary focus will be to analyze sales and traffic data to identify growth opportunities for our sellers. You will leverage your competitive intelligence to generate leads and successfully onboard new sellers onto Amazon's global marketplace. Simultaneously, you will work closely with internal stakeholders across organizations to consolidate existing services and develop new offerings that cater to the evolving needs of our seller community.
1. Hit the ground running to achieve ambitious business and financial goals that'll directly impact the success of our sellers.
2. Become a detective, diving deep into sales and traffic data to uncover opportunities to improve the overall Marketplace experience.
3. Get your hands dirty tackling complex challenges - from diagnosing the root causes of seller performance issues to developing tailored strategies for specific product segments.
4. Spearhead projects to enhance customer and seller experience, partnering with cross-functional internal and external teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. 6 months to 3 years of related experience.
2. German & English language fluency is essential.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply.
4. Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
5. Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education.
6. Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
7. Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in sales, business development, management consulting or product management.
2. Experience in e-commerce or retail.
3. Database Structure Query Language (SQL) is a plus.
