About this Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the occupational therapy team and the rehabilitation officers for visually impaired people, in Cumberland Council. The service is currently undertaking innovative steps for improvement, and we will continue to develop the service based on feedback from service users, practitioners, and other stakeholders. We are a relatively new unitary council and there is great opportunity for further development to innovate, to address the challenges posed by the demands on the health, social care and housing systems. You will be supported in your role by the occupational therapy management team. There is a leadership programme in place to support your development which embodies Cumberland Council's values.
