This role will focus on an ambitious programme to transform our Technology directorate. From enhancing our technology platforms to building tools that serve our communities, technology is at the heart of our work. As the TA Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team and ensuring a smooth, efficient hiring process. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, assist with scheduling interviews, manage job postings, and help onboard new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing job postings.
2. Maintain accurate candidate records in our recruitment systems.
3. Manage the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
4. Provide excellent candidate experience and build strong relationships.
5. Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including preparing interview materials and tracking candidate progress.

10. Prior onboarding experience is a plus but not required.
