Computershare has a fantastic 18-month secondment/FTC opportunity to join our Global Talent Acquisition Operations Team to support the ongoing growth within our business. The role will support our Issuer Services, Employee Share Plans business units, and our Shared Service functions.
Whilst a global role, the primary focus will mean you will be supporting recruitment in the UK, and Continental Europe. As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Computershare you have the opportunity to delve into your innovative ideas, gain great exposure to a wide range of roles, and of course work with fantastic colleagues! Stakeholder engagement is key in this role, and you will work closely with the business to really understand their needs and demands when it comes to Talent Acquisition.
You will be commercially, as well as strategically focused on your recruitment service, and we encourage you to partner with our Sourcing and Marketing teams to come up with successful attraction strategies. Our candidate experience is extremely important to us, which means that you will ensure that all candidates are supported throughout the recruitment journey, whether they are successful or not.
Other key accountabilities include:
1. Support and influence stakeholders in the sourcing and selection of candidates.
2. Working collaboratively with managers to agree appropriate advertising, sourcing, and assessment approaches in alignment with the TA Centre of Excellence strategies.
3. Use direct sourcing tools/resources to attract and identify the best talent, reducing our reliance on agencies.
4. Provide expert recruitment insight using market intelligence, available tools and technology, best practice standards.
5. Write engaging and attractive job adverts.
6. Manage third party relationships successfully.
7. Keep up to date with Employment Law and adhere to recruitment process, policy, and best practice.
8. Take accountability for creating and delivering appropriate recruitment strategies which are aligned to the global business lines you are supporting.
9. Work closely with other people team functions to ensure compliance across multiple locations.
What will you bring to the role?
A passion for people and service excellence is paramount to this role. You will be able to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates from the very beginning of the process. You will have the ability to flex your approach to meet the needs of the people that you are working with, will be solutions focused and ensuring that you are always looking at ways to improve.
If you have internal recruitment experience, that’s a huge bonus! We are also more than happy to consider anyone coming from an agency that is looking to take that step into an in-house role.
Other key skills and experience required:
1. Extensive experience working within a full 360 recruitment role with a focus on professional services recruitment, e.g. (A&F, Legal, Business Support, Administrative, Sales etc.).
2. Proven experience of using direct sourcing strategies.
3. Experience working with Application Tracking Systems (Oracle Fusion would be advantageous).
4. Demonstratable experience in recruiting for complex positions across all levels, and multiple locations.
5. Excellent experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
6. Experience recruiting across Continental Europe inc. Poland, and Germany would be highly beneficial.
7. (Desirable) Language skills such as Polish, German, or Italian would be a plus.
