Your Role:

* Plan and execute reactive & preventive maintenance within GMP facilities.
* Manage critical spares and oversee major maintenance activities.
* Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, and ALCOA standards.
* Lead problem-solving initiatives to diagnose and repair complex equipment breakdowns.
* Mentor and develop the engineering shift team.
