Job Title: Buyer
Location: Perth
Remuneration: Hourly Rate from £15.38 to £17.95
Contract Details: Temporary, 4-month contract
Working Pattern: 8am - 4pm - Monday to Friday, Hybrid
Responsibilities:
1. Manage purchase orders and supplier communications in ERP system
2. Update procurement plans and communicate forecasts to suppliers
3. Support supplier reviews, resolve supply issues, and maintain inventory levels
4. Monitor material expiry, minimise waste, and resolve invoice discrepancies
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
6. Maintain accurate supplier records and identify process improvements
Experience, Skills & Abilities Required:
1. Consistently demonstrates integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement
2. Working knowledge of SAP
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
4. Experience in a manufacturing or complex operations environment
5. Ability to work 5 days a week on-site with the possibility of 1 day WFH once settled in the role
