Drive client acquisition and revenue growth by building and managing relationships with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve a monthly income target of £7,500 and take ownership of performance.
* Generate leads and secure new business through verbal and written communication.
* Identify and develop business opportunities.
* Assess risks and present them to insurers and decision-makers.
* Negotiate terms with insurers and process policy quotes.
* Develop strategies to enhance growth and improve processes.
* Convert inquiries into sales to meet business targets.
* Maintain accurate client records and prepare quotations.
* Promote and sell company products and services, meeting monthly and annual goals.
* Cross-sell relevant insurance products based on client needs.
* Handle technical queries from clients and insurers.
* Deliver excellent customer service by addressing queries promptly.
* Stay updated on company processes and industry changes.
* Participate in team meetings and share best practices.
* Support projects as needed.
* Keep systems updated to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
* Complete required training and development hours for CPD and regulatory compliance.
* Adhere to regulatory principles and company policies to protect clients and business interests.
Knowledge & Experience:
* Proven sales experience and ability to manage client relationships.
* Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Knowledge of insurance and broking (preferred).
* Willingness to pursue professional qualifications (CII preferred).
Skills:
* Strong drive to develop within insurance and sales.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills.
* Resilience under pressure and adaptability to industry changes.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
