Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver engaging RE/History lessons to students
* Create and implement effective lesson plans in line with the curriculum
* Assess and provide constructive feedback to students on their progress
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree in Humanities, History, or a related field
* Experience teaching RE/History at secondary level

Previous experience teaching RE/History at secondary level
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the RE/History curriculum
* Excellent classroom management skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with SEN students
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a secondary school setting, interacting with students, parents, and colleagues. Full-time hours are expected, with the possibility of additional responsibilities such as extracurricular activities or parent meetings.
