About the role
You will be responsible for:
* Co-ordinating the Warehouse team in the receipt and storage of raw materials.
* Ensuring the quality of stock information
* Movement and storage of goods, maintaining product conformance and integrity
* Co-ordinating the team in stock taking and inventory documentation
* Liaising with auditors
* Optimising space and storage conditions
* Co-ordinating, motivating and leading the Warehouse Team
* Dealing with day-to-day staff management in accordance with policies and procedures, with support from Operations Lead and HR
* Maintaining stock control of serialised products returned by customers
* Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are implemented and adhered to
* Training staff in use of equipment within area of operation
* Ensuring the work area is clean and well organised
* Ensuring stock accuracy at all times
* Ensuring Coffetek customer objectives are maintained
* Potential key holder expectation for opening/closing factory during holidays/absences
Experience and Qualifications needed
* Warehouse/Goods In experience (essential)
* People management skills
* IT skills - proficient in use of Outlook, Excel & Word
* Previous SAP experience desirable
