Role Overview:
As a Customer Assistant, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service to our customers. You will be responsible for assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that each customer has a positive experience while interacting with our brand. You will work closely with our team to support the company’s mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive, welcoming experience.
2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, addressing concerns and providing helpful solutions.
3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
4. Maintain product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.
5. Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.
6. Record customer feedback and report recurring issues or trends to management.
7. Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and maintaining store displays.
8. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
