Responsible for carrying out repairs/service of a wide range of tools within a reasonable timeframe through effective time management and communication with the SAS Manager/team. Providing additional support to the warehouse where needed.
Reporting Structure:
Reporting directly to Service After Sales Manager.
Indirect Relationships:
Warehouse Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out inspection/repair of various tools.
2. Process initial service centre returns.
3. Ensure repairs are completed to a high standard within a reasonable time frame.
4. Package and process tools for return to customer.
5. Support with general warehouse operation including picking, packing, production.
Skills/Requirements:
1. Computer / IT (SAP / Qlikview would be of benefit).
2. Office, Excel (to reasonable level) and Outlook.
3. Accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Able to build and develop lasting relationships with colleagues/customers.
5. Capable of organising and prioritising workloads.
6. Ability to work as part of a team.
7. Working in a busy warehouse environment.

Experience/Education Requirements:
1. Exposure to a busy warehouse environment and teamwork an advantage.
Salary: £25,282K per annum.
Pension Scheme: Yes.
Working hours: 8.00 – 5.30pm Monday – Thursday & 8-4.45 Friday.
½ day Friday: once a month.
