My client is a industry leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.
We are currently recruiting a Supervisor/Foreman to join the company and assist in managing a groundworks contract based in Lincoln.
The ideal candidate would be competent in overseeing site operations, record keeping, level control and some setting out.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Supervisor Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Setting out levels
• Ammending and working to RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Providing progress reports
• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.
Supervisor Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• First aid
• Experienced in groundworks projects for specialist contractors
• Strong health and safety management skills
• 5+ years management experience
