My client, a welcoming SEN school in Okehampton, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. As a teaching assistant, you’ll make a significant impact by supporting children with Educational Health Care Plans, ensuring they receive the tailored care and guidance they need to thrive. This is a full-time role with varied hours, perfect for someone seeking a role in a collaborative school community. Strong behaviour management, patience, and resilience will be key to success in this role. Why You Should Apply Play a key role in helping students with SEND achieve their potential. Be part of a supportive and committed team that values collaboration. Enjoy a lively and positive working environment with a great sense of community. Benefit from a school culture that values fairness, consistency, and positive behaviour management.
