We are looking for an Extra Care Scheme Assistant to join our dedicated team in Swanley. THE ROLE As an Extra Care Scheme Assistant, you will support the Scheme Manager in delivering a high-quality housing management service for our tenants. Assist with all aspects of housing management for tenants and the scheme Develop and maintain a varied activities programme to promote tenant engagement Provide a warm welcome and settling-in service for new tenants Carry out health and safety and fire checks to ensure compliance Work with our resident involvement team to support tenant aspirations Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to key performance targets Report safeguarding concerns and maintain confidentiality at all times THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within supported or extra care housing.
