As part of the digital team, the Digital Content Producer will lead the storytelling output for the EMEA region, working alongside the Content Strategy, Digital, and Project Management teams within Create to deliver best-in-class content for digital campaigns.
Areas of responsibility:
1. Work closely with the Content Strategists to ideate and deliver creative human-led stories.
2. Work with internal and external stakeholders to source, creatively direct and produce compelling imagery and text assets.
3. Sourcing and managing appropriate vendors and/or individual freelancers to fulfill the production of required campaign assets.
4. Estimating time and costs for content creation.
5. Work with illustrators, photographers, motion designers, graphic designers, writers, and production houses to elevate the creative and enhance content discovery across multiple platforms, across multiple verticals.
6. Proofread and write copy, check on creative assets and maintain the highest level of quality for all creative output.
7. Support Project Managers in driving milestones of the creative process effectively to ensure timely and accurate development, production, and delivery of assets.
8. Proactively learn about the latest digital and video product innovations and update cross-functional partners on these features and initiatives.
9. Review performance metrics together with Content Strategists and the Digital team to determine best practices for better creatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 3+ years in a creative environment.
2. An experienced copywriter/editor with a portfolio of work.
3. Outstanding understanding of the publishing landscape including Digital and Social and strong knowledge of the production process at all stages.
4. A deep understanding of social, branded content, digital, and mobile ecosystems.
5. Ability to create clear, effective content grounded in data and insights.
6. Must be conversant and capable in all aspects of a digital creative and asset production workflow.
7. Ability to oversee external partners to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
8. Understanding and eye for great visual design and the ability to translate them into finalized assets.
9. Exemplary organizational skills with a disciplined approach to project management.
10. Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and connect the dots in a fast-paced environment.
11. An understanding of metrics and testing to inform creative strategy.
12. The soft skills to recognize when to challenge conventional thinking, the courage to voice suggestions and the maturity to accept feedback on ideas and work.
13. Prior project management, team leadership, or creative agency campaign supervision experience is a bonus.
