About the role:
* Answering large volumes of telephone calls, emails and webchat from customers and suppliers for our entire group.
* Dealing with first line enquiries from customers.
* Generate rich leads for the showroom teams.
* Support the showroom team by scheduling appointments with customers and following up on leads.
* Accurately input customer information and enquiries on to our databases.
* Work to targets and KPI’s set out by the contact centre managers.
* Confidently, professionally, and proactively engage with customers to build relationships, ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.
* Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and team members.
* The ability to handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
* Actively contribute towards and build upon the Available Car ethos of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Assisting with other tasks if required.
About you:
You will have the ability to become part of a highly motivated Team, driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be enthusiastic and positive with experience of working in a high volume, multi-channel contact centre.
Skills required:
* Computer literate & Proficient in Microsoft packages.
* Experience working in a high volume, multi-channel contact centre.
* Be able to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment.
* Outstanding ability to clearly communicate with customers via telephony, email and livechat.
* A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
* Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others.
* Full UK driving licence is required.
Hours: Rolling 4-week shift pattern. 42 hours per week over 5 days, including weekend and bank holiday work.
