We are now looking to recruit Analysts into our company; this is an early career level role which will give you exposure to all parts of consultancy and managing projects, and you’ll play a vital role in delivering and supporting our client-facing team within a practice. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with many different people in many different roles across the organisation.
Are you working as a project manager, and have a minimum of one year’s experience, ideally working in the pharma or healthcare industry, preferably with a scientific background? Are you an analytical thinker, creative yet detailed in your approach, and passionate about improving and having a positive impact on patients’ lives?
Our Analysts perform a critical role for our clients and internal project team members. You are responsible for supporting the delivery of several projects for the client(s), ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality; you will partner with our consultant team.

Your accountabilities include:
1. Supporting the development and delivery of our client project work.
2. Managing a variety of project management tasks, including organising materials, researching best practice, communicating with stakeholders, tracking project progress and evaluating project impact.
3. Navigating multiple diaries across various internal/external team members to schedule meetings and workshops.
4. Demonstrating organisational and planning skills by supporting logistics and materials for in-person and virtual workshops.
5. Utilising strong Excel skills to manage project plans and proactively plan the next steps of the project in partnership with the Consultant team.
6. Finding and booking venues for face-to-face workshops and coordinating travel arrangements when required.
7. Organising formatting, copy editing, and proposal development with internal teams.
8. Supporting Zoom calls, managing online breakouts, whiteboards, and chat functionality if needed.
9. Taking workshop notes, flipcharts, and inputting into a client-friendly summary.
