Our Analysts perform a critical role for our clients and internal project team members. You are responsible for supporting the delivery of several projects for the client(s), ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality; you will partner with our consultant team. Your accountabilities include: Within this role, you will work with our project teams, supporting the development and delivery of our client project work You will be responsible for a variety of project management tasks, including organising materials, researching best practice, communicating with stakeholders, tracking project progress and evaluating project impact You will navigate multiple diaries across various internal / external team members to get meetings and workshops in the diary when needed You will demonstrate your organisational and planning skills by supporting logistics and materials for in-person and virtual workshops Excellent PowerPoint skills, including ability to format visually appealing slides and convey messages in a clear and succinct way You will have strong Excel skills, which you use to manage our project plans, proactively planning the next steps of the project in partnership with the Consultant team You will find and book venues for face-to-face workshops and work with our travel agency to book travel when required for our project team and consultants You will work with our internal teams, to organise formatting, copy editing and proposal development to be completed You will support Zoom calls, and, if needed, manage online breakouts, whiteboards and chat functionality You will take workshop notes, flipcharts and input and type into a client-friendly summary About you: · A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and always looking for ways to improve and develop · Ability to work as a constructive team member and a willingness to support other colleagues when needed · Excellent organisation and time-management skills with the ability to work to a tight deadline · Comfortable and excited by working in a high-pressured, fast-paced, client-focused environment · Multi-tasking individual with strong analytic, communication and presentation skills · A willingness to deliver high quality of work, commitment to learning from mistakes and attention to detail · Strong writing skills with a sound knowledge of English grammar and spelling · A working understanding of theoretical marketing is desired but not essential What will Uptake provide for you?
