Your role as Administration Team Manager
The primary objectives of the role are to provide an exceptional level of customer service and support for all customers, and to support and develop a highly skilled and motivated team.
Goals and Objectives:
* Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of your dedicated team and customer accounts including intelligent decision making.
* Support the wider Business Support teams resource planning to meet customer demand, improve performances and undertake consistent reviews to ensure resource meets customer demand.
* Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure customer’s expectations and SLA metrics are delivered, penalties are minimal, and continuous improvement is at the forefront of all you do.
* Ensure high levels of customer service at all times with robust documented processes and standard work to match both customer and internal metrics.
* Support and engage in the mobilization of new customer launches/in-life changes to minimize disputes and maximize cash collection and customer experience.
* Monitor, manage, and report team SLA’s and KPI’s with the aid of strong visual management.
* Engage and communicate with all team members via team meetings, 1:1’s, performance connection meetings and team-building events to foster a professional, stable and happy working environment: reduced employee attrition and increased employee favorability scores.
* Through 1:1s and team meetings, utilize dashboards and scorecards to ensure each team member understands their individual and department KPI’s, has a plan to measure and monitor performance and support your team’s individual development plans.
* Ensure effective absence management in line with company policy.

* Customer Service: Excellent background in a customer-centric environment.
* Experience: Strong experience in operational and people management.
* A natural communicator: This role will provide support to the wider business and stakeholders.
* Solution focused: You’ll possess data interrogation skills to support decision making and investigations.
* Strong IT literacy: Have experience of Microsoft products, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Prioritize workloads & multitask effectively: Possess skills in prioritising workload and working under pressure.
* Results-oriented: Be experienced in working in a results-focused environment.
