Smart Hospitality supplies supply a wide range of both standard and bespoke items into the hospitality industry.
We are a small and friendly team that excel and have become one of the leading names in the marketplace, dominating the major search engines and receiving a high number of daily inbound enquiries for products and services. The business also boasts an extensive existing client base spanning back over 17 years. Our client portfolio ranges from independent restaurants through to major international hotel chains, creative and design agencies, celebrity chefs, private cruise line operators to name but a few.
The successful candidate will have a hardworking, sales focused and consultative approach, be reliable, punctual and possess the ability to be exceptionally well organised in handling multiple clients at varying stages of their project and buying journey.
The Role:
* Develop, build and maintaining relationships with clients – you will be a first point of contact for customer enquiries and orders.
* Liaise with clients regarding orders, including providing detailed product and pricing information, producing specifications and quotations.
* Liaise between our internal team and the client regarding design and artwork for final orders specification
* Be involved with the processing and organising of the order with the production team, and ensuring the order is on track through to delivery
* Upsell accompanying products to increase the revenue per client
Experience/Requirements:
· Experience in account management, ordering processes and working with Suppliers
· Have strong customer service skills and be an effective communicator
· Highly organised and have the ability to work under pressure on multiple projects, whilst remaining accurate and attentive to detail
· A desire to excel, to meet and beat targets consistently
· Excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft
· Must have excellent written English / Mathematical skills and telephone manner
Hours:
9am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday
9am-5Pm Friday
* Pay £24-30k Depending on experience
* + Performance Bonus Scheme
