As head of department, you'll lead by example and take pride in the work that you do. With exceptional attention to detail, you'll be able to anticipate customers' needs. It's a hands-on role: you'll manage day-to-day operations, work within a budget, and find solutions for department productivity. You'll also work closely with the hotel team to ensure regulations are met and guests receive exceptional customer service at any point of contact with yourself or the housekeeping team.
Every day, you'll inspire and motivate your team to provide outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of all guest rooms and public areas within the hotel.
2. Manage a team of housekeepers, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
3. Implement efficient housekeeping processes.
4. Anticipate customers' needs with exceptional attention to detail.
5. Work within a budget and find solutions for department productivity.
6. Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure regulations are met.
