The Management of staff through audits, regular meetings, mentoring and support Contract auditing and client liaison To effectively motivate and lead a team of managers, team leads and supervisors to ensure they deliver and maintain a high-quality service Efficient financial management of client business within agreed budgets providing clients with a financial breakdown and information as required. Implementation of policies, procedures and initiatives to ensure, in terms of calibre, experience and numbers the necessary resources and structures are in place to meet business needs.
