As a Bank Care Practitioner, your responsibilities may include:
Undertaking ongoing training as needed
Supporting residents with personal care, nutrition, and engagement in daily activities
Offering emotional support and companionship
Encouraging resident independence and honouring individual preferences
Upholding high standards within our care home environment
Collaborating with the team to ensure the best possible care

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
