3. Training & Development: Coach and develop eye care professionals to perform at their peak, maximizing their clinical skills and elevating their commercial awareness.
4. Performance & Compliance: Set and uphold rigorous clinical standards, ensuring compliance and creating a culture of accountability and high performance across the division.
5. Customer Experience Excellence: Support store teams in delivering exceptional service at every stage of the patient journey, enhancing our brand's reputation as a leader in customer care.
What You'll Bring:
1. Clinical & Commercial Savvy: You're GOC registered with a minimum of 3 years in a clinical leadership role, and you understand the balance between high-quality care and business performance.
